Features and Applications

Curekind stearic acid is a saturated fatty acid mixture composed of C16 and C18. In the rubber industry, Curekind stearic acid is a commonly used activator, often used together with ZnO in most rubber formulations to promote vulcanization. When producing foamed rubber, Curekind stearic acid can be used as a foaming aid. In addition, Curekind stearic acid can also be used as a plasticizer, softener and release agent. In the production of synthetic rubber, Curekind stearic acid is used as an emulsifier; in the plastics industry, it is used as a plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant, with good lubricity, light resistance and heat resistance.

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Applications: Widely used in rubber industry and plastic industry.
Packaging: Composite paper bags lined with PE bags, net weight 25Kg per bag; 500Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, the recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
